Established in 2022, SRL’s Key Account Desk and Customer Service Centre, often referred to as the Central Hire Desk, proudly celebrates its two-year anniversary, commemorating a period of excellence, growth, and unwavering commitment to providing top-notch service to our valued customers.

Providing a central point of contact, streamlining administrative processes, and helping to coordinate operations across multiple regions, the Leeds-based Central Hire Desk has emerged as a cornerstone for customer support. The milestone underscores the hard work, dedication, and collaboration of our exceptional team members who have contributed to the centre’s success.

“Charlene Blackburn also took on a new role of Commercial Co-ordinator last year, helping to manage our customer long-term contracts; a role that involved creating a whole new process. Needless to say she has smashed it!”

“We look forward to building on this success. The possibilities are endless! We have some excellent innovations in the pipeline which will require central support from our fantastic admin teams. This will help us to continue to elevate our services and exceeding the expectations of our customers in years to come."

As well as Tracy and Charlene, we also have Amy Harrison, Natalie Mutch and Chardia Cummings who joined the team as Central Hire Desk Co-ordinators. They do a brilliant job helping to connect customers and key accounts to depots. The Central Hire Desk would not have reached this milestone without the constant dedication, outstanding customer support & hard work they provide daily.
