The risk – and potential cost – of dangerous collision is high, as is the prospect of significant operational inefficiency caused by slow-moving plant.
Access to work-zones must be limited to authorised vehicles only, guarding against incursions to protect the workforce and ensure site security.
And of course, carbon footprints must be kept to a minimum, as managers work towards increasingly ambitious sustainability targets.

Created in partnership with our customer Chevron, the patented, award-winning Haul Route PLUS mobile crossing system elegantly combines RiseMaster HE work-zone protection barriers, variable message signs (VMS), ANPR, CCTV and traffic signals.
It is the only mobile solution to feature integrated adaptive detection technology, enabling signals to operate to timings reflecting the actual flow of traffic, accommodating the slowest plant and reducing carbon emissions caused by sitting vehicles. Barriers respond to ANPR, preventing unauthorised access.
100% solar or hybrid components mean that customers can “fit-and-forget” the solution, keeping maintenance to a minimum. The only wireless system on the market, it’s quick and easy to install. And it can be remotely operated from a position of safety.
Meanwhile, our original Haul Route Crossing solution ably meets the needs of customers responsible for shorter or less complex projects.
