Jeremy’s extensive experience spans over three decades, during which he has spearheaded training initiatives across various sectors, including retail and distribution, working his way up through the ranks. Now, as he transitions into a new role at SRL, Jeremy brings with him a wealth of knowledge and a keen focus on refining training practices.
Reinventing Traffic Management Training
At the heart of Jeremy’s approach lies a commitment to ensuring that all employees receive comprehensive training that equips them with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
“I’m looking to overhaul the induction process and ensure there is strong emphasis on health and safety training processes. Furthermore, I’ll be implementing an environment of cohesive training and structured frameworks that caters to the diverse needs of employees at all level.”
Open Communication Is Key
With the development of strong relationships on his mind, Jeremy commented:
“By fostering open communication and collaboration, I want to ensure everyone is aligned with training objectives. I aim to cultivate a culture of continuous learning and development; a culture built on teamwork, support and engaging training to allow our people to know that wherever they are on their SRL journey, learning and developing new skills is not only a fruitful task, but one in which they do not have to do alone. We will ensure the correct support network is in place for everyone to personally develop.”

Jeremy will be leading our training team and will be looking to constantly adapt and improve on training across the board.
“I want people to know they aren’t alone. We (the training team) are here to help and assist both the SRL team and our customers to provide them with the most up-to-date information and knowledge of our products, processes and health and safety procedures so they are ready to tackle the world of traffic management safely and effectively.“
