SRL’s advanced calcium batteries deliver reliable, high-performance power for all units and applications, ensuring seamless, powerful solutions for every traffic management product need that SRL offers. Please note, some of our products are only available with specific batteries.
Which products require batteries?
SRL portable products such as portable traffic signals, portable pedestrian signals, compact traffic signals, CCTV and VMS all require specific SRL batteries to ensure they are powered correctly. This ensures that they work at max capacity and efficiency, providing proper functionality of the product/s. At SRL, we currently provide two types of batteries, Lead Acid Batteries and AGM batteries.

Lead Acid Batteries
SRL Lead Acid batteries are designed for high durability and efficiency in demanding applications. These robust 12-volt batteries, unique to SRL, provide 100 mAh worth of power and come with sturdy leads and a strong handle, making them easy for a single person to lift at just 22kg. They are highly practical for field applications, as their sealed design prevents gas emissions, eliminating the need for a vented area during operation. SRL batteries offer dependable, steady power to keep essential systems running smoothly in various environments. Compatible with: EuroLight®, RadioLight®
AGM Batteries
SRL's AGM (Absorbent Glass Mat) batteries are engineered for high performance and long service life in rugged environments. These sealed 12-volt batteries are maintenance-free and designed to prevent gas emissions, making them safe and suitable for enclosed areas. With a reliable energy output (100 mAh) and quick recharge capabilities, they are ideal for sustaining power-intensive traffic management systems. The durable design withstands extreme conditions, ensuring consistent power for critical operations on job sites and temporary traffic setups. As these are more energy efficient, they tend to provide a longer battery life and have a longer shelf life than Lead Acid Batteries. Compatible with: SolarLight™, UltraLight™, EuroLight®, RadioLight®, Rapid Response (Smaller 6kg battery), CCTV and VMS.
