Available for hire, our new RiseMaster HE Barrier is a fully autonomous, off-grid solar-powered automatic boom arm barrier system that powers access control systems such as intercoms and radio transmitters, making it Safety Force Test Compliant to EN 12453:2017. It is a crucial component of SRL’s patented plant crossing solution, Haul Route PLUS.

A freestanding solution with no road crossing cabling required, RiseMaster HE is rapidly deployable. Due to its426kg primary platform and 139kg secondary platform, it must be installed with a forklift and is not easily movable.

With WiFi access control: intercoms, radio transmitters and other equipment.

Enhanced Presence Detection

RiseMaster HE boasts an illuminated boom, with max span dimensions of 3m – 8m.

The RiseMaster HE operates fully off-grid, powered by primary and secondary photovoltaic panels, offering 24/7 autonomy throughout the year without relying on external power sources. This design reduces carbon emissions and eliminates the need for groundworks during installation.

The system is engineered for a zero-carbon footprint over a projected 10-year life cycle, aligning with eco-friendly goals and reducing operational costs due to minimal power requirements. It arrives fully charged using renewable energy from the factory.

The RiseMaster HE complies with EN 12453:2017 safety standards and includes a traffic light LED system on the boom arm to signal safe entry and exit. Additional options like photocell sensors enhance presence detection and safety for vehicles and pedestrians.

RiseMaster HE has built-in support to power auxiliary devices, such as intercoms and radio transmitters, adding to its utility in various security scenario.

Barrier Construction

The RiseMaster HE has a mild steel cabinet with removal sections for servicing access, and an aluminium boom arm profile. The temporary security barrier is galvanised/ powder coated.

Integration with SolarLight Traffic Signals

SolarLight is SRL’s sustainable temporary traffic signal, with dual aspect solar panels. The two products have been configured as part of the patented Haul Route PLUS system, to provide an innovative plant crossing solution which improves both safety and efficiency.

Solar Hybrid Power

The integration of solar power reduces the frequency of battery exchanges, enabling you to focus on the things that truly matter. AGM (Absorbent Glass Matt) batteries are used in combination with solar power, so you can always be confident of your power supply. Battery levels are easily monitored with our simple-to-use telematics system.
