All Red Detection

Each automated barrier includes an all-red detector, preventing conflicts by monitoring potential hazards and delaying green signals if a vehicle breaks down, stops, or moves slowly within the all-red area, enhancing safety over standard haul route crossings.

Harnessing Solar Power

Haul Route PLUS® utilises SolarLight™ signals and RiseMaster HE barriers, both of which provide year round operation without the need for battery exchanges.

Automatic Barriers

Remove the risk of site ingress with physical barriers that eliminate site ingress potential and guide road-users of the restricted site area.

ANPR Integration

ANPR detection provides custom timings specific to each plant vehicle to minimise road vehicle idling and provide optimised crossing times.

Freely-Configurable Programmes

Configure the system up the eight phases, complete with automatic on/off timer programmable functionality.

Part-Time Signals

Signals can be set up as part-time signals, allowing your operator to configure the signals to switch off and then back on at pre-set times as appropriate (up to four times a day).

Day/Night/Weekend Programmes

Set up to six different max times for each phase for the demands at different times of day.

Environmental Monitoring

Environmental sensors can provide real-time updates for NO2, SO2, CO2, O3, PM Sensors 1, 2.5, 4, 10 and heat, helping your analyse emission output around the site.

Remote Monitoring

Access remote monitoring software which allows you to see the status of the signals (red or green) and monitor battery voltage, via your computer or phone.

CCTV on Site

If required, you can opt to have CCTV mounted to the system to access live feed video and analytics of the crossing (additional cost).

Variable Signal Head Heights

SolarLight™ signals can be set at different heights to accommodate different vehicles to enhance visibility to vehicle operators.

Handset Control

If required, the system’s phases can be manually controlled by an operator from a safe distance away from site using the SRL Remote Control from.

Add Ons

Push button facility to activate the lights stop line detection to enhance usability. Add on SRL VMS on the approach to warn approaching road-users of the heavy plant crossing up ahead.
