Overview
Stephen joined SRL in 2014 as an operative at the Cumbernauld site and quickly progressed to supervisor, then regional manager in 2018, overseeing five depots. Responsible for logistics and customer service, he ensures timely equipment delivery and addresses customer needs. Stephen manages a team of 21, emphasising teamwork and customer satisfaction. He has played a key role in SRL's growth, including the opening of the Selkirk depot and handling significant projects like the £776 million Edinburgh Trams scheme. Looking ahead, Stephen believes SRL will continue to lead the industry with innovative technologies.
Stephen is responsible for the following depots in his region:
Inverness, Aberdeen, Cumbernauld, Selkirk, Carlisle and Newcastle.
