She brings a wealth of knowledge, a proactive attitude, and a track record of driving customer service excellence across dynamic environments. With strong communication skills and a natural ability to lead and multitask, Sandra is perfectly placed to steer the CCC team through the next phase of growth at SRL.
Her focus will be on streamlining internal processes, optimising team performance, and ensuring we continue to deliver a service that’s approachable, professional, and knowledgeable.
The CCC, established just last year under the leadership of Tracy Sezol—who has now moved into a new role as Business Analyst—is the beating heart of SRL’s customer operations. From handling hire administration and generating quotations to coordinating with our operations teams, the CCC supports every element of our renowned hire service. Simply put, if you work with SRL, you’ll work with our CCC team.
How do our customer service advisors help?
Sandra will be leading a dedicated team of Customer Service Advisors whose mission is to:
- Deliver exceptional customer service as the first point of contact
- Manage the full hire desk process, from orders and exchanges to returns
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with logistics and operations for timely deliveries and collections
- Resolve any customer concerns with efficiency and professionalism
