With more than ten years in senior finance positions, Ian has worked across a range of complex organisations and sectors, including healthcare, logistics, and business services. Before joining SRL, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Alliance Medical Ltd, a global leader in diagnostic imaging and radiopharmacy. A CIMA-qualified finance professional, Ian has built a career rooted in sound strategic judgement and disciplined financial management across large-scale, operationally demanding environments.
Ian is passionate about driving performance and sustainable growth through clear commercial insight and strong cross‑functional collaboration. He understands the critical role that robust financial leadership plays in enabling operational excellence and achieving long‑term strategic goals. Well known for his approachable, thoughtful leadership style, Ian brings clarity and support to his teams and stakeholders.
